Mythology…. I’ve always loved the subject to the point I even took a class in college about it. I don’t right mythology, but Deadly Shades and my Shrouded Series definitely has a large element of fantasy in each story.

One of my all time favorite movies is Clash of the Titans. I love all the romance, suspense, mystery and fantasy that comes with it!

The original hit the screen in 1981 with Harry Hamlin, Judi Bowker, Burgess Meredith. At the time, the special effects were amazing. I did watch it a couple years back and I still love Perseus’ adventure, but it’s unfair to try to compare it to the 2010 version because of how technology has dramatically advanced in movie making.

The version made in 2010 in my opinion is just as good if not better.

Below is a short outline of the story:

Princess Andromeda is the daughter of King Cepheus, who has gained a victory against the gods. The vengeful god of the underworld, Hades, demands that Andromeda is Princess Andromeda is the daughter of King Cepheus,offered as a sacrifice or he will unleash the Kraken against Argos. A desperate King Cepheus asks demi-god Perseus to find a way to defeat the Kraken. Perseus accepts the challenge because Hades was responsible for his family’s death. He discovers that the way to kill the Kraken lies with getting the head of the gorgon Medusa.
